“We were looking to bring in-house part of the servicing task that Ken’s company supplies to us. Obviously this would have been a financial loss to himself, but he happily split the servicing quotations down to allow us to do this. The tasks were due for completion at the end of April and unfortunately due to unforeseen workloads nearing the end of the month, our in-house labour was unable to fulfil the task by the completion date. We contacted Ken on the 26th April and informed him of the situation. As he fully appreciated our strict time-scales, he duly re-scheduled his staff and work load to accommodate the tasks and managed to complete them before the deadline (1st May).
I believe this shows an extremely high level of professionalism and customer service, which is needed, and I believe sometimes over-looked, by our company to enable us to offer the same level of service to our customers.”
